With The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism assuming the seat as successor of the Thondaimandalam kingdom, a highlight milestone that was achieved in the revival of KAILĀSA in this region, is the successful re-establishment of the stream of spiritual power manifestors in the kingdom who manifest several spiritual powers. It also meant the revival of the ancient lifestyle of the Thondaimandala Adi Shaiva Vellalar Community.

The SPH JGM HDH BHAGAVAN NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM launched a mega-Vijaya Yatra
The SPH JGM HDH BHAGAVAN NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM launched a mega-Vijaya Yatra (traveling and enriching people) in Tamilnadu, South India reaching out to millions of people towards the end of 2004. The SPH traveled to Kancheepuram, Chennai, Tiruvannamalai, Pudukottai, Karaikudi, Attur and Salem and conducted mass Living Enlightenment initiation conventions and meditation conventions for the citizens. Following are photographs from 3 such mass Living Enlightenment initiation conventions conducted by The SPH in Kancheepuram on the 6th, 7th and 8th of October 2004. It was held at the famous Arignar Anna Arangam hall in Nellukkaara Street. Citizens thronged and seated themselves anywhere they could find a seat including the aisles inside the hall and even outside the main hall in the open where they were facilitated with large LED screens to view. The SPH blessed each individual present at the end of the conventions on all three days.

The SPH with the 232nd Guru Maha Sannidhanam in various events, cities, and settings where they joined hands to lead the Hindu diaspora and revive the Adi Shaiva tradition.
All the regents of the Chola empire – one of the longest ruling dynasties in the history of the world, and the Pallava dynasty were coronated and initiated by the Guru Maha Sannidhanams (Supreme Pontiff) of the Sovereign ecclesiastical entity of Kanchi KAILĀSA Sarvajnapeetha Thondaimandala Adheenam.
THE SPH BHAGAVĀN ŚRI NITHYĀNANDA PARAMASHIVAM is the 233rd Sovereign Supreme Pontiff in this Sovereign ecclesiastical lineage of Kanchi KAILĀSA Sarvajnapeetha.
The Chola dynasty established their empire over Southern Asia and Southeast Asia, from Kanchi (Tamil Nadu, India) to Kedah (Malaysia), and developed diplomatic and trade relationships all over Asia.

- In 2011, the HR&CE again attempted to interfere into the succession process.

- In 2021, the representative of the 233rd Guru Mahasannidhanam was forcibly evicted from the Aadheenam and assaulted ruthlessly
Despite relentless persecution through physical attack and blatant lawfare, The SPH is the sole hope for Kanchi KAILĀSA Sarvajnapeetha to survive. With interference in the role of successor, the State elements have a significant amount of power over these ancient heritages. Yet, The SPH has transcended the limitations of the offensive forces, and has expanded the Adi Shaiva lifestyle of Thondaimandalam to the whole world, making it effectively deathless, and ensuring that the authentic lifestyle that was born in Kanchipuram by Paramaśiva can never be diluted or destroyed.
